RoyaltyStat® is a subscription database of license royalty rates and services fees agreements.

| Search online by keyword, agreement type, or by Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code to find comparable royalty rates or services fees. The annual subscription provides the full-text of the license or services agreements and a spreadsheet (Royalty or Services Tableau) including information about the parties involved, intangible property or services description, royalty rate or services fee, exclusivity, duration, and the territory covered by the agreement. RoyaltyStat provides summary statistics of the selected royalty rates and several exploratory graphs, including frequency distribution, royalty rate vs. duration, and royalty rate vs. territory. The services fee is alphanumeric, and thus requires further analysis by the user in order to compute summary statistics.
